At first, we wanted a 2-day trip which is doable but Moses advised us not to take this tour rather we go for a 03-day Uganda trip that can expose you to the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, game drives and boat cruise along the River Nile.

While booking Moses proposed for us a tour staying in self-contained and non- self-contained safari tent and in fact with his very affordable price quotes of the 02 people paying $800 US per person, we chose the trip with mid-range lodges.

The payment process of this trip was so flexible, we came with our cash and paid upon arrival and if you are to go Africa kindly carry new current US notes and new from 2009 and above and notes with some writings, dirty or torn don’t bring it as it is not taken in any bank and if taken it exchanged at a low rate.

Then upon our arrival at the Entebbe International Airport we were picked up by our lodge – Elementis Entebbe Hotel and we had 5 hours relax and then in the morning took breakfast, and our guide Jeff was waiting in the parking lot to go.

When we met with Jeff he had to brief us for the entire trip and later we drove to Kampala where we found Moses to receive the payment and he also did the briefing what is included and excluded in the price quote of the trip. Comfortably after Moses briefing and having heard what is offered on this trip, we started our journey to Murchison Falls National Park, we took a short drive branch off from the Kampala – Gulu highway visiting the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for the foot rhino tracking, lunch and then driving to the top of the falls of River Nile amazing flowing through the rock gorge towards the delta.

After being filled with the amazing view of the falls cross the River Nile over the bridge towards the northern side of the park driving to Pakuba Safari Lodge where we took our dinner and overnight stay in our self-contained Banda’s.

Early morning cup of coffee and after take an early morning game drive viewing looking for the African wildlife species like Lions, Elephants, Buffaloes, Leopards, Giraffes, Water and Bush buck, Topis, Antelopes among others. This experience takes 3 – 4 hours drive and after return to the lodge for the hot lunch.

After drive to the banks of the River Nile waiting for the boat cruise experience towards the bottom of the falls and on this cruise you will spot more wildlife and birds at the shores of the River. The experience takes like 2 – 3 hours and it is so much relaxing with the cool breeze of the River.

After drive back to the lodge for the dinner and overnight stay and while on this trip with Jeff, you will love it from his knowledge, sense of humor and care.

After we ended our Uganda safari trip with leisure driving back to Kampala/Entebbe with lunch en-route and then our guide dropped us again to Elementis Entebbe Hotel and waiting for our early morning flight back home.
