I and my wife we rented a 4×4 car with rooftop tent in Uganda and our rental duration was so long and even visiting Rwanda the nearby country to Uganda and from 4×4 Car Hire Uganda we got good car rental deal. On our 36 days rental in Uganda and Rwanda we got a very discounted price deal and thought the jeep to be with issues but from start to the end we never had any problem with the rented car.

For the above rental duration, we were charged $65 US per day for the car and the rooftop tent plus the camping gears and every day we woke up in the morning and start the car and it could just start to go and our holiday was so amazing.

On this self-drive holiday we almost discovered all Uganda exploring most of the safari parks habituating African wildlife and bird life species. After our gorilla trekking in Bwindi Forest National Park, we had amazing relax at the shores of Lake Bunyonyi and enjoying the boat ride visiting to the beautiful undulating dotted islands.

With our lovely jeep and perfect all times it made our trip amazing and remember crossing to another country with foreign car you to present some papers and prepared is this company provided us all these papers and we found the process easy.

From the Bunagana border to Kigali – Rwanda it is like 80KM/hr. and it can take you like 3 – 4 hours as in this country the driving speed is 60KM/hr. maximum highway and then 40KM/hr. minimum in trading centers. By around 3pm we were in the clean and smartest Kigali city and we visited the Kigali genocide memorial for the interesting history and information about this massacre in Rwanda.

After our 2 days exploring the Kigali city visiting the historical land marks we had to descend back to Uganda and from Kigali we drove up to Masaka town and with our fighter car we made it on time and waiting for our ferry the next day to Kalangala islands where we had our relaxing holidays at the shores of the Lake Victoria. Thereafter, the holiday we concluded our holiday heading to the Entebbe Airport and return back home.
