  1. Grumeti Tanzania

Singita Grumeti, situated adjacent to the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania, is an integral part of the Serengeti-Mara ecosystem, the home of the Great Migration.

The reserve was created by the Tanzanian government in 1994 in order to protect the path of the annual wildebeest migration and the indigenous biodiversity of this vast and important ecosystem.

The wildebeest migration usually passes through Serengeti’s   Western Corridor and the contiguous Grumeti Game Reserve, sometime between late May and early July. While the crossing of the Grumeti River may not rival that of that Mara River further north, it’s still one of the migration’s great spectacles.

This luxury lodge is built in the style of a stately Edwardian manor house and featuring a light and airy atmosphere, Singita Sasakwa Luxury Lodge offers panoramic views, a sense of immense freedom, and stillness.
